Mitchell A. Kaye is counsel to the firm and has practiced law for over forty years. Throughout his career, Mr. Kaye held preferred designated counsel status with several major railroad unions and obtained numerous seven figure results on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Kaye is a member of both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey state bars. He holds the highest possible AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is also a member of the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys, the American Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Kaye received his undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University and his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law.
